Deviled Eggs

Dozen hard boiled eggs

½ C Mayo

2 T Onion, minced

2 T Celery, minced

¼ C Parsley, chopped

1 t Dry Mustard

¼ t Celery Salt

¼ t White Pepper

Paprika – to sprinkle on top (optional)

Peel and halve eggs.  Remove yolks and mash.  Add remaining ingredients and mix.  Spoon mixture into pastry bag or Ziploc bag and fill the eggs.
