Chipotle BBQ Sauce

1 ½ C Ketchup

½ C  Beer (I like Sam Adams Summer Ale)

1/3 C Molasses

1/3 C Rice Vinegar (Marukan brand)

1/3 C Lime Juice

3 T Canned Chipotles, pureed

1 T Cumin

1 T Coriander

¼ C Chopped Cilantro

Salt & Pepper
